Environmental Policy of
Kaiho Industry
Kaiho Industry is committed to reducing environmental impact by properly dismantling end of life vehicles, promoting the reuse of parts, and actively advancing resource recycling.
We establish this environmental policy with the aim of contributing to a global, resource circulating society through our business activities.
Information Security Policy
Kaiho Industry Co., Ltd. Establishes this Information Security Basic Policy to protect information assets handled in the course of business from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to maintain the trust of our customers and society. The Company will engage in information security activities based on the following principles:

1. Establishment of Internal Structure
The Company will establish an organization dedicated to maintaining and improving information security and will formalize information security measures as official internal regulations.

2. Information Security Measures
The Company will implement necessary information security measures to protect information assets from threats including unauthorized access, infringement, misuse, loss, leakage, alteration, and destruction.

3. Employee Commitment
Employees of the Company will acquire the necessary knowledge for information security and ensure firm commitment to information security initiatives.

4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements
The Company will comply with all relevant laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security.
