The Mission of Kaiho Industry

"Contributing to the environment in Japan
and worldwide through responsible
automobile disposal."

While the growth of industries that produce goods from raw materials has improved our
lives, it has also led to a huge increase in waste, which harms the environment.

Kaiho Industry believes that, like the human body,
industries need both production (the arteries) and recycling (the veins) to work together
in a continuous cycle. Instead of just throwing things away,
Kaiho focuses on reusing and recycling to create a sustainable, circular society.

In addition to the "responsibility to produce" and the "responsibility to consume,"
the most important responsibility is the "responsibility to dispose."
With this in mind, Kaiho Industry sees itself as a pioneer in the recycling industry,
expanding its efforts globally.

Kaiho Industry's guidelines

- The Trough Principle -
"The result of making others (our customers)
happy will eventually come back to you."

Kaiho Industry values the idea that helping others leads to mutual happiness.
This principle guides all employees and is the most important mindset
when working with customers.

This approach is based on the founder’s belief that "focusing only on yourself won’t bring
true benefit, but serving others with a kind heart will come back to you."
By aiming to make customers happy,
Kaiho believes that everyone involved will find happiness in the end.

The Earth is one planet with limited resources, and there are no borders when it comes to "disposal." If no one takes responsibility, the Earth will suffer. Waste is not just trash; it’s a "treasure." Selling without thinking about the future won’t create a sustainable society.

That’s why Kaiiho Industry works to protect the environment in Japan and worldwide through proper automobile disposal. The automobile recycling industry is a great way to make a positive impact, starting in Japan and reaching the world.

Board Chairman (Founder)

Norihiko Kondo

Our business, which started from the role of a dismantler, has evolved through the automobile recycling industry and is now focused on establishing the global recycling industry and creating a circular society. At the core of our business today is the desire to not just pursue profit, but to contribute to the preservation of the Earth’s environment through the circulation of industrial resources.

With the spirit of altruism that many Japanese people share, we believe that by connecting with others around the world, we can contribute, even in a small way, to global peace.
