The legal cargo weight limit for a 20ft container in Japan is of 21,500 kg. We may load engines, suspensions, body parts, half cuts and also used cars. For configuring properly the container load, we divide into 9 blocks the container. The characteristics of this container size are as follow.
The legal cargo weight limit for a 40ft container in Japan is of 26,000 kg. It is the ideal container for loading car parts. The characteristics of this container size are as follow.
JGES (Japan Good Engine Standard) is our advanced inspection and quality evaluation system for used engines. It provides clear scoring based on mileage, starting condition, sludge, exterior condition, and more. Engines are classified as Premium (excellent condition) or Standard (good condition meeting reliable quality standards). Customers can view engine start-up videos and detailed condition reports online for full transparency.

Additionally, we purchase vehicles directly from auto auctions all over Japan, expertly dismantling and preparing them for seamless container loading.

To start your order, it is necessary to register on our platform, sign the Business Contract, and send a minimum initial deposit of 1,500,000 JPY.
Once your account is validated, you can select the items you need and add them to your cart. If you are interested in items not available in stock, you can make an order request.
Note: As your total order volume increases, we will request additional deposit payments to allow you to continue reserving items.
Throughout the entire process, your dedicated sales agent will keep you constantly informed about your container's status and its contents. They will advise you on whether you need to gather more parts or if the container has reached its full capacity.
Before we proceed to load the container, we will issue a Proforma Invoice with your reserved items. At this stage, we must receive approximately 100% of the total amount of the order.
Covers labor, warehouse costs, and equipment
As soon as the container is loaded, you will find all the corresponding documents available in the "container status" section, including:
The purchaser shall bear all fees related to the bank transfer, including those charged by both the sending and receiving banks.
The container must be 100% paid, and we shall not proceed with the shipment until the full purchase price has been received.
Once the payment is fully cleared and the shipment departs from the Japanese port, we will prepare the Bill of Lading (B/L) and upload it into your "container status" section.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is a 20ft container which can contain 70 - 75 engines. If you wish to order a single engine, for instance, unfortunately the cost of sending it would be, sometimes, more expensive than the engine cost.
Kaiho Industry engines have transmissions? May I require take out the transmissions of the engines?
All our engines have the transmission and rest of the parts such as compressor, dynamo, computer etc… We can take out the transmissions without any problem (price won t change). We are not selling transmissions separately.
How long will it take to prepare my container?
We take between one month for a 20ft container and one month and a half for a 40ft container to complete your order.
Do we have any kind of guarantee about the products that we buy in Kaiho?
We are testing all our engines, so it is really rare to find a problem in our engines. Despite this, our quality test has some limitations and it is possible that we couldn't detect a problem. In that case, we accept to negotiate a proper compensation within one month after the container reaches its destination.
Can I get some pictures of that engines to know the model of them?
Of course, we have pictures of all our engines. Easily you will be able to confirm that the engine corresponds to your demand.
What are the payment methods and the currency?
We are only using Japanese yen. For the payment methods, we have Bank transfer, L/C, Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe.
